• $50/hour for classes or workshops with 20 or fewer students ($65/hour for more than 20 students)
• $40/hour for rehearsals
• Dance floor is 40′ x 50′ — basket weave subfloor, with a top layer of maple hardwood and covered with black marley
• 10′ mirrors on one wall with optional curtains
• Two portable barres and one wall-mounted barre
• Windows and skylights provide good natural lighting
• Easy connection to audio equipement
• Extras - A/C and heat, lounge area with kitchenette, water dispenser, and a private bathroom with shower

Because of social distancing concerns, studio 2 will not be available for rent during the pandemic.
